Depending on your requirements, you can usually deploy an Atrium application within hours or within a day. If your needs are more stipulated, tailoring the application may take up to several days before final implementation.

How user-friendly are the Atrium applications?

Every Atrium application is designed with simplicity and ease-of-use in mind.  Many user features, even powerful ones, are intuitive and simple to use.

How much does an Atrium application cost?

Depending on the application, you can start with a subject license as low as $ 150 per year.

How much training do I need before I can use the applications?

We recommend one day's training if you want to properly define the criteria, construct the questionnaire, conduct the evaluations and analyze the data. If you want to only access the reports, then you do not need training at all.

Alternatively, you can use the On-line Help in the application to guide you along.

What is involved in implementing Atrium applications successfully in my organization?

If you have clearly identified your criteria and chosen subjects for the evaluation, then implementing an Atrium application is quite straightforward. You just have to follow the instructions and methodology programmed into the application.

What is a subject license?

A subject license is defined as the subject to be evaluated, for example, an employee to be evaluated. The subject license is valid for a specified period, normally for one year.

What is a user license?

A user license allows the user to access the data or reports. The user license is valid for a specified period, usually one year.

How many evaluations can I do within a specified period?

There is no limit on the number of evaluations performed throughout the duration of a license. Most licenses are valid for a one-year period.

How scalable are the Atrium applications?

Very Scalable. Every Atrium application can be deployed with only a few subject and user licenses. You can always purchase more subject and user licenses as your needs grow. There is no fixed limit as to the number of subject or user licenses you can buy per application.

Can I customize the applications to meet my requirements?

Yes. You can easily select relevant performance indicators from a template to match your own requirements. In addition, there is a customizable section where you can add your own performance indicators and questions. Normally, there is a limit of allowable performance indicators in this section, but custom applications can be cost-effectively designed to suit your requirements.

How many evaluators can I have in a survey?

You can have as many evaluators as you like in an evaluation. Although there is no fixed limit, you should be pragmatic about the number of evaluators you invite for each subject under evaluation.

How secure is my data?

Your data is quite safe and secure. We have security measures implemented at every level, from access and database configuration to transaction processing. In addition, your data is also encrypted for extra protection.

How secure is my on-line communication or transaction when using the application?

We use SSL technology to secure all communication and data transmission when you access an Atrium application on-line. This prevents eavesdropping or hijacking of your data.

How much information can I get from my reports?

The information in your reports is quite comprehensive and detailed. You can also view your results from different perspectives using different types of options and graphs.

Can I drill down on my reports to see more information?

Yes. Most reports have versatile drill-down capabilities to allow you to see more details and underlying relationships.

Can I copy the reports to Microsoft^® Word or PowerPoint?

Yes. You can copy information and graphs from the reports to other compatible software tools, such as Word or PowerPoint.

Is there On-line Help?

Yes. Every Atrium application has On-Line Help to guide you at every step. Help is context-sensitive, so displayed information is relevant to the task you are working on.

Can I access my data anytime from other locations?

Yes. You can access your data from anywhere, at anytime, provided you have Internet access and a standard Web browser.
